If I could give zero stars, I would. 1 star is too much. We were trying to prepare for the snow and ice over the last few weeks. We called to get a fill up on our tank since we were at 50% before the snow hit. We were told since we weren’t low enough, we’d be charged an extra $100 to fill it since it “wasn’t needed”. At first I was cautious due to the reveiws, then I did not have the best experience with another representative in getting set up. I called one last time and I cant remember the lady's name whom I talked to but she was AMAZING! She made the whole process easy, very apologetic for what happened before and had my tank filled in a week. IF SHE SEES THIS REVIEW, THANK YOU!

Great job. Curtis from Ferrell gas came out , identified a leak, fixed it and two days latter propane was delivered. All is good. Thumbs up for Curtis n the Ferrell team.

I was quoted twice by two different people initially, with different totals. That is an entire story in itself. I paid the greater total, as that was supposed to include the tank, 100 gallons of propane and the service fee. The rep also informed me that if they couldn’t find the existing lines, they would run them for an extra fee of $150ish. I agreed. I was told a field tech would be out at a specific time. The experience so far has been below standard. Three different apointments to set the tank. Two no shows. Countless wasted hours of setting on hold and talking to someone in just about every state in the union. Three wasted vaction days waiting on them to show up. Other than these problems the gas has ignited every time.
