They delivered gas to the wrong address. We had paid for 90 gallons. When we called and told them it was not delivered to us, they sent the truck the next AM and left a bill for us to pay. Called multiple times still no resolution. We had paid $350+ for the original delivery which was never made. They left a bill on our real delivery for $250. Ordered 150 amd Paid for 150 gal three week age, First delivery stated 47 gal was filled and that was all that could be filled because the tank was full. The gauge till read zero. Called customer service to ask. Rep was very short & rude stating maybe gauge was maybe wrong. Informed her it was a rented tank and not my resposability to service tank. She then discontinued the call. Called today was informed I was scheduled for March 26. Out of gas for over a month. So I would have to give you a ZERO rating

NOT very helpful!! Almost to the point of being rude!. You can not call this business, all calls go somewhere in Olive Branch, MS. I was told they could help me with propane, even talked to a "nice" person on the phone about what to do... then it came time to take my tanks there, so I call ahead to make sure what to do. CAN'T talk to anyone at this location!! Called 4 times on 3 different numbers, all go to the Mississippi location.
