We are on "keep full" They have let us run out 2 of the 4 years we have had them. Probably would have the other 2 but we called and made them come out so we wouldn't run out. Then they act like it's an inconvenience for them to come make it right and it's a "we'll see what we can do and when we can make it out" Everytime!!
Every time I call for gas delivery I am told it could take up to ten days to get service. I live in Ramona but serviced by Ferrellgas Alpine. I rent so I can't change propane services. They also won't do a monthly or every two month service like the local Ramona companies do. Do yourself a favor, go local.
customer services rep are did not try to help me at all with a delivery problem. got my money, and did not care less.
I wouldn't recommend them to nobody they charge you out the ass than if u move they will not refund anything over rude and unprofessional
Worst company ever!! I have been having a problem with bill being over 200+per month since November. It is now May. It normally runs about $40-70depending on if we use or pool heater or not. I have been calling since the first bill I received. Nothing. I have left messages with Kim who is the ONLY one in that office that can help me apparently. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience... Had a gas leak & no way to run my hot water heater, dryer, stove, heater --- called Ferrel 3x's ( b/c had JUST had a fill prior to leak with no problem). They finally show up without calling or giving us a time when we aren't there RUDELY call and say no one there to pay so they won't fill. They filled it before no problem but now in an emergency they don't and were horrible! I pay extremely well & always tip! Tried call customer service who has no clue... Stopped lake delivery service without telling your customers = bad actor!
Worst people to do business with! Beware!!
We have used them for only a little bit now, since they let our tank run out 4 times, even though it is on an automatic delivery schedule. They were also not very helpful on the phone.
