We just moved into the area and I ordered a refill of our tank. I was thinking by the representative that if we set up a credit card, they could fill it without requiring a credit card each time. But they needed to run a credit check, which I authorized. But they told me that I had a lock on my credit report. I told them that I would take the lock off for a few days. As a food truck owner you just need to have reliable and accountable people on your team…Kevin is that guy! Always a phone call away, responds quickly, wants us to succeed with his product Ferrellgas. Kevin can’t do it with out you, thank you for treating us as if we are always priority, when I’m sure you have lots of priorities! Ferrellgas is lucky to have you on their team!

My tank went empty (for the second time) and both times Ferrell Gas was able to fill my tank before the due refill date. Thanks for responding so fast. I'll make sure to catch it before it goes empty and schedule the refill request at 20%. We really appreciate your service! Mike and Margie
