We've been a Ferrell Gas customer for more years and I can remember recently. We had a situation with the gas line. Ferrell Gas sent Clint one of the service men to address and hopefully resolve the problem. I will say he is truly an asset to Ferrell Gas.
I just bought a house and the tank ran out of propane three days in. I called to get everything set up and explained we do not have heat in the house now. Was told they’d do their best to get a refill out by the 20th. Seriously? I have two small kids and the thermostat is reading 57 degrees. They can’t do any better than almost two weeks?! I just tried to get ahold of someone today on the phone and dealt with an automated system for 10 minutes before it hung up on me. Looking to switch asap
I have been lied to about when deliver of propane would arrive ordered 01/03 promised by 1/10 (ok I give you the snow day) but I should have got it 01/13 nope still no propane. Promised all week 1/13-1/17. On Friday was told I would get propane before end of day and that driver does stop until route is completed. Well Monday is 1/20. Still no propane delivery. I have been treated as if my business means nothing to the company. Resident account don’t matter to them.
I have never in my life, dealt with a less competent company. I have literally spent 5+ hours on the phone with a dozen different representatives trying to remove an installation charge. They tell me they can see in the notes that I was not to be charged for tank install, even though they see it in the notes, they cannot write the wrong. They simply tell me a manager will reach out.
