We've used Ferrell for years after negative experiences elsewhere. Our tank was recently down to 5 percent. They were out within 24 hours, which kept us from running out. Their billing process is miles ahead of other companies we have used.

I forgot to check the level and ran out of gas in the middle of the night. Have a 4mo baby and my house is freezing. They told me it would be a week unless I pay them 150$. This level of greed is actually nauseating. I watched a truck drive by my house not five min later. This is how people die literally and they don’t care.

These guys are terrible! Horrible customer service and can’t figure out how to fill a propane tank on time. I’m on a “auto-fill” plan yet always run out of gas in the middle of winter. Sub zero temperatures and when you call and tell them it’s emergency there “office” which is actually a terrible call center located in MICHIGAN says theres nothing they can do. Absolutely horrendous service. Stay away. Wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself and they charge more.

Our tank is always filled long before it's empty. I appreciate the fixed rate program, so we can do the budget payment and know what the cost is going to be. This is a very easy, enjoyable company to work with.
