Their delivery service is great! We have, however, had 4 sending units installed for auto filling, and not one has worked.
Easy to work with, timely, easy payment system, would like cheaper gas!!!!

I recently called to set up new customer service. After a very friendly woman from the "call center" took my info, told me a "local" agent of the company would be contacting me "within minutes". Fast forward 72hrs later....NO call from the "supposed" local agent. After reading posted reviews I will bring calling propane companies suggested by other reviewers. I don't have time, nor inclination to deal with a company that obviously has no interest in having me for a customer.
