I work with Gagles heating and our forklift ran out of propane. I went to 2 gas stations and they wouldn’t fill it because it hasn’t been Recertified this year. We thought it was going to take weeks. I came down to Ferrallgas originally the gentleman said he could have it done tomorrow. I stressed how we needed it done today or we were going to have to buy a new one (as our forklift died at a horrible spot) he got it done quick and put everything else to the side. Absolutely terrible customer service, sneaky fees, takes days to get a delivery
Riley has been the best driver we've had! The other drivers don't fill up all our tanks and sometimes we just get skipped completely. Riley came in and explained the companies recent challenges in a professional manner and was so kind to check all our tanks and fill them. Good Job Riley !

Dishonest, won't do business with them again. I called to have a tank filled. I was asked how much the tank had in it and I said that it was completely empty. I run it to empty each year for a gas fireplace. They gave me a quote and I decided to have them fill it for me. I prepaid the quoted amount assuming that there might be a minor difference once filled. After filling it they tacked on a $50 fee to check for leaks since the tank was empty.
