I have used Ferrellgas for years. Recently the service seems to be timely, where in the past a few years back the fill service was pretty bad - slow. I have learned to order when the tank is around 40% because my furnace can burn 1% to 3% a day in cold weather, and once recently it burned 5% in one day. I don't depend on their "keep full" policy as that seems to always be late for a fill. Very disappointed in Ferrellgas Company. We just switched to them, going on second winter. It took two weeks to get a fill. There excuse was #1-maybe the driver had truck trouble. #2-we are just coming back from the Holidays, we ordered it January 2nd ha! We will be looking for a new company.

My experience with Ferrellgas has been AMAZING, in stark contrast to other gas companies. At this location at LEAST, they do care. (Shout out to Curtis!) Where else does a customer service manager give you their CELL phone? And call you back? -- not only have they beat the prices of all others I've talked to, they have responded to my inquiries and made it even better for me as a customer. Superb. Blown away. Just shows you can still find a company where customer service, people-to-people care, still exists. Kudos!
We have been very pleased with Ferrellgas. I really like the online platform and appreciate the prompt service.
