Ferrellgas has given us the run around since November 19th on fixing our gas line. We are on week 4 of no heat, and no one cares to get out here and do what needs to be done. We had a gas leak to which you shut the line off, but when we have someone come inspect you complete the task like we can fill the tank when in fact it's still red tagged and you haven't done anything to fix it. My wife and I have been customers for over 15 years. The delivery was timely prompt and courteous, Would not go with a different company. Their price is always competitive. You cant buy gas cheaper than with Ferrell Gas!

Ferrellgas is the best propane company on the Divide and beyond. They take great care in making their customers satisfied and happy 24/7, rain/snow/sunshine/freezing cold or hot. Their service man (John) is always there for you with just a phone call and takes great pride in helping you when needed in a very friendly and professional manner. The delivery guys also go out of their way to try to keep all their customers happy and satisfied.
This is a great company, I have had the other company as my propane provider and let me tell you this is like night to day. Great service on time and reasonably price. Don't know what richardXXXX is talking about but the lady on the phone is the nicest person to deal with. I recommend FerrellGas to anyone who needs propane.
Have fired this company several years ago for price gauging. Would request a fill when prices were low, they would show up months later to fill at the highest point break with less than 20% left. Contacted corporation commission who was slow to respond. When Ferrellgas learned I contacted corp comm, they agreed to drop price to what it was when I first made my fill request. No formal complaint made, but shortly after I contacted the best propane co ever. Never any problems in past four years!
DO NOT do business with this company!! The office people are utterly rude and mistrusting, even with people, like my family who have been faithful customers with them for over 30 years. NO ONE should pay this kind of price for propane! Find someone else to do business with! You have been warned.
I moved into my house in 09 Everything in my house is gas except my A/C I have a 15Kw emergency generator and a pool heater.. I have a 500gal tank in the ground They came out checked everything and filled the tank and it cost $150 I got a contract with them and every 3 or 4 months they come and fill my tank it costs between 2 0r 3 hundred dollars.
