I have been a Ferrellgas customer for over 30 years. They have always delivered promptly when called upon to get our propane tank filled. This last time though we called when the tank indicated 40% and were told we could not schedule for a fill at that level. We were concerned because of extremely cold weather in the forecast. We placed an order when the tank was at 35% and were told there would be a $100 surcharge for "emergency" fill! One week went by and the tank was filled.
