I have to say, I'm not happy with Ferrellgas, but I think it is more this location than the company as a whole. Over the past 5 years, I've dealt with issues where they don't come out when they are supposed to, or when they do, they don't bring the correct equipment to fill my tanks. The most recent experience just happened and I'm furious!!! Ferrellgas came out on 7/9/24 to fill my right side tank (120 gallon), but the driver who came went to the left side tank (500 gallon) for the generator and proceeded to fill the tank. ... read more
