Worse company ever I called reporting a leak they refused to come out had to call Thomas gas to come out and fix. Then ferrellgas filled my tank to 100% I called for them to correct the problem. I was told I was raisingy voice I was not it was my normal tone the lady constantly talked over me and interrupted me. Then said she would not fix the problem. Called back Ruben picked up then hung up on me. They are refusing to fix the problem
Have been dealing with Ferrellgas for over twenty years. They have managed to keep me warm during the snowy mountain winters, for which I am forever grateful. Angel, the current driver, has been a great representative Ferrellgas.

We requested gas almost two weeks ago. We have a baby in the house, and we've had no propane for five days. We called the emergency line and informed them that their gas gauge was wrong because it said we had 24%, but it dropped to 0% in a couple of days. We called with more than enough time and have called every day since last Thursday, telling them how important this is. It's an emergency. We’ve been waiting for gas for weeks they keep putting the delivery date back. Never able to speak with anyone local as they closed the offices you call and you get Wisconsin very disappointed considering changing companies
