Ive been with FerrellGas for about 3 years now. I've never had any issues with them. Their customer service is amazing every time I call to schedule a delivery. I personally think they have the best rates out of all propane companies here in the area. This is my personal opinion btw. I have 2 properties and I recently rented 2 of their 250gal tanks for one of my properties and again, they were amazing and were very communicative during the delivery process. I don't see myself leaving this company. Definitely recommend.
They came three days early for our fill on a house we bought recently. The driver was thorough with his explanations, kind to all he interacted with and ensured clarity.

We bought a house that had an Amerigas tank and we knew instantly we were not staying with that company. I called a few places since we wanted to own our tank and from the first phone call they were so helpful and accommodating. They were able to get us the tank we needed and had it delivered already full. Phillip our driver was great at getting it set where it needed to be and making sure everything worked before he left.
