Is a very Nice and helpful person ,she helped our family with advice and savings we apprieate her so Much-I hope her Boss does too-employees like her dont come around too often-she does a very good job at what she does and should be comended for it! My plummber and I have been dealing with the company since October of 09 trying to get a propane tank I already have located at the house moved 20 feet when we built a new pole barn back in October. It has been excuse after excuse, the advice they gave to begin with created problems and caused the gas line to be relocated to another site behind the pole barn. My experience with this company has been horrible! We started using them in 2007 because that is the tank that was at our home. Late 2008 we started leaking propane which ferrell claims was not happening. After going through a full(400 gal) of fuel in less than 2 weeks, we switched companies. The new company found the leak. After a full year and many phone calls their tank is still sitting here. This month (10-09) They called and asked us to come back. They offered a very good price and a decent promotion and claimed they we... read more

They are very unfair! very bad service. Over priced too!
This company has gotten worse everytime it is sold. We had left a message on the phone recorder and never heard back. We again called to re-order gas and was told we had a 3-5 day wait on it. This was after we had called 3 days prior and left a message. Needless to say we ran out of gas and was left in the cold over the weekend. We have been customers for a very long time and we will be switching companies because of there inadequate customer service.
