Terrible Customer Service!! Ferrell gas red tagged my propane tank for being to close to a building. I did not like it; however, I did not dispute it. Ferrell Gas associate quoted me a price of around $500.00 to move the tank 10 feet. I called another propane gas company to quote me a price, they quoted $180 for the same distance. I took that deal, and not only did they move it, but they moved it several more feet than what they charged me for. I ordered gas 2 weeks ago and prepaid, still hasn’t been delivered. Then the lady stated that I would not run out of propane, ok I know that, but I still need my tank filled. They expect payment in 24 hours, but you can’t expect them to ever fill it simply because they are lazy and do not want to drive. They are a joke. They also over filled my tank last time and expected me to pay the difference. Ordered to refill our gas tank early friday morning 02/12/21 & charged us $600 just so that they can go & refill it to a wrong address, my neighbor!!!! Called early this morning 02/15/21 & all they could tell me was "I will send this to my manager, I will call you back with a solution" its 2pm, currently on hold (2 hrs & 40 mins) to ask why haven't I heard back from them with a solution!
