I paid fir gas that was not delivered, I cannot get through to anyone, this automated thing sux
So, I call to tell them our company needs to be serviced........and I mention that we have 5 tanks that the driver has red tagged and said he was going to be replacing. I asked the lady on the phone why they haven't been replaced and she IMMEDIATELY gets and attitude!!!! And then she tells me that we need to call in to replace the tanks, which is fine but their DRIVER never said ANYTHING to us about that! First, the guys that come out in the trucks are great. They explain well, and are helpful. However, the call center/office people are lacking. We bought our home with an AAAANCIENT propane tank. It was dirty, the cover for the gauge was loose and it was very difficult to read the gauge through the dirt and grime. We asked for a new tank, they basically said no. they said in order to clean it and repair it, it had to go down to zero.
