I called to have my propane gas delivered for a generator I was told $2.29 for a new customer which was great when the Mayor contacted me he decided that he wants to charge an additional $125 for a system check, I’ve never heard of such a thing not a great way of doing business

Just so fantastic to work with a reliable, communicative and high quality organization. I interacted with a scheduler, an inspector, and a technician (filler), and all 3 were just wonderful, responsive, friendly. Highly recommend

Incompetent technician. We have 2 tanks at our home, went thru the ferrelgas website. Placed an order on our smaller tank that feeds the house. Our other tank feeds the generator. Incompetent technician arrives at the home, doesn't advise us he is there. Decides to fill the wrong tank because its the first one he saw, did not read the ticket to see we have 2 tanks, nor decided to knock on the door to ask us which tank was needed.
