I wish I could have half the experience other customers have. People at the office are extremely rude. They came out once to do and emergency request and did not inform me that there was going to be a huge charge ahead of time. They are consistently the highest quoted price for Propane. I’m not sure how anyone decides what the price of propane is, but every time you call it’s a different price and every propane dealer has different prices. Very well organized and prompt, had great service with professional technicians, I would highly recommend Ferrell gas for your projects.
It’s pretty bad when propane is more expensive than the gas you put in your car. You have no choice when you have propane. You have to pay their price. I’m looking at changing all my appliances to electric and go solar.
I find the employees very courteous & efficient which is rare in customer service these days! Keep up the good work!
