Just so fantastic to work with a reliable, communicative and high quality organization. I interacted with a scheduler, an inspector, and a technician (filler), and all 3 were just wonderful, responsive, friendly. Highly recommend
Incompetent technician. We have 2 tanks at our home, went thru the ferrelgas website. Placed an order on our smaller tank that feeds the house. Our other tank feeds the generator. Incompetent technician arrives at the home, doesn't advise us he is there. Decides to fill the wrong tank because its the first one he saw, did not read the ticket to see we have 2 tanks, nor decided to knock on the door to ask us which tank was needed. This is a great company with good service and a friendly, courteous driver.
Closed doesn’t exist. I called and needed to fill several 30lb propane tanks. Representative told me to get there before 5pm and they will fill it. Drove 40 mins to this location. Upon arriving it was abandoned and closed. This is not a propane filling establishment. Dear owner, if you were the owner and not just a bot overseas you would realize this location needs to be removed from google maps.
