I called about a suspected tank leak. The tech came but did not bring all the equipment he needed. He returned with that equipment and charged me for a second visit. He did not find a leak and said it was inside the generator. Later, I checked the stage one regulator on the tank and discovered that the vent was leaking. The tech had told me that the regulator was not leaking. I lost at least a hundred gallons of propane. His incompetence cost me a lot of money.
OMG they can’t even handle a move. I moved from one house to another in the same town and I’ve called them 3 times already on this. They are still sending me bills at the wrong address and charging me for monitoring for both properties. With the last phone call they too the WRONG PROPERTY off the account!
In the spring, I wanted to top off my tank before hurricane season. No one would come because I was just above 40%. Then I called Ferrellgas. Customer service at it's finest. The receptionist said, "No problem, we'll have a truck there tomorrow". They showed up and the driver was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Ferrellgas.

What a JOKE!!! HORRIBLE customer service. They hung up on me twice. The first time, when the rep called me back I couldn't understand what she said. So I said "pardon me?". She hung up. I called back and told the rep that I thought that is was rude to hang up on someone and she hung up on me. I called a THIRD time only to be put on hold and I couldn't get to a supervisor.
