Every year they raise the cost of the tank rental. Started out at $60, now it's over $100. Once they hook you they screw you for everything they can get.

Used to have buy 3 get one free. That made them a bit cheaper than others around. Now they'll only give you one stamp per visit, no matter how many tanks you fill. So you have to visit during limited weekday hours three times to get the deal, which isn't worth it unless you live or work very close. The last two times I went, I also had to wait--10 minutes once and 20 minutes the next--for the filler to meet me in the office to pay even as other employees were in the office. I did not know I could get my propain cylinder refilled there. It was so easy, freindly service aswell. They also re-certify your propain tank. So much cheaper than tank exchange at retail stores.
