Charged for 2day propane drop off. Came to house but didn’t fill up tank with any propane. Still want to charge 100 for 2 day drop off. Stay away from this company!
They are overly expensive, give absolutely no way to finance keeping the heat on for a disabled person, and they refuse to do any sort of emergency services so we ended up an entire month without heat. And they were completely unhelpful and lacked compassion for the situation we were in. I will be so glad to move out of here and never use them ever again.

I don't post negative reviews often, or at all, but this warrants a public response. A propane tank was taken from our private property without notice, although the General Manager and all of his staff will state otherwise. A baggie was left on the top of the exposed line. The former owner of the property, who was paying for the tank, passed away, as well as the person who inherited the home, who we purchased it from. Any notifications through mail that were sent to the deceased were not opened by us, for obvious reasons. We... read more
