I called once got an answer by a woman. Started to ask my question and then got hung up on without any response. I called back and the whole music stopped. It was completely silent and then I was hung up on again. What great service..... wow I just needed a simple question. Answered, which would have got them more business possibly, on the regular, a twenty gallon tank refill every 2 to 3 days. If it was my business, I would fire that woman.
I'm very satisfied with your service and have never had a problem with you guys.
After 20 years of being with AmeriGas I had to find a new supplier because of continual back billings for items not allowed in the contract, poor customer service, delivery problems, etc. After they moved their call centers off-shore, one call went to South Africa! How is he supposed to know about snow and the forecasted road conditions in Ohio? FerrellGas was recommended by multiple people, so I switched to them in September, 2025. I could not be happier.
