I'm very satisfied with your service and have never had a problem with you guys.
After 20 years of being with AmeriGas I had to find a new supplier because of continual back billings for items not allowed in the contract, poor customer service, delivery problems, etc. After they moved their call centers off-shore, one call went to South Africa! How is he supposed to know about snow and the forecasted road conditions in Ohio? FerrellGas was recommended by multiple people, so I switched to them in September, 2025. I could not be happier. Charged for 2day propane drop off. Came to house but didn’t fill up tank with any propane. Still want to charge 100 for 2 day drop off. Stay away from this company!
