I lease a tank from them. I used 50% of my tank from April until the end of January. When it was refilled they noticed a leak. The leak was fixed on February 17th. At that time 30% of the propane was used. Its an airbnb and no one was using the house and the water is tankless. Theres one small heater for one room that was set to 58 degrees. Even though 50% was used in 9 months (many of them cold months) they claim it was normal for 30% to be used in 17 days and refused to refund any money. I called Ferrellgas to refill a generator propane tank that I own. Roberta said they were not taking on new customers and would not refill the tank.
I had let my tank run out and needed gas fast! Called for an emergency fill up expecting a long wait or heavy fees. Got it the next day and the extra fee was very fair. Thanks Ferrellgas.
