Worst time management, customer service, response processes I have dealt with in some time! If i had known this is how they operated I would not have utilized their "service" if you can even call it that. As an owner of multiple businesses myself and having over 25 years in the HR/Customer Service Industry this is despicable.
Lazy drivers and horrible customer service
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Canceled propane service in December of 2024 I have requested the bottle be picked up several times with empty promises on when the pick up will take place. I am about to get a lawyer and also have started to charge them $15/day until it is picked up. Do not do business with this organization
I regret to say that my experience with Ferrellgas has been disappointing. I was excited to start a new service with them, expecting a positive relationship, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their part. While the customer service representative I spoke with tried her best to assist me, it was clear that the company does not empower its team to resolve customer issues effectively. Managed to escape AmeriGas Propane & purchase propane from Ferrell Gas. Ferrell gas is a much better company. Ferrell Gas is Honorable! As a customer you can actually speak with a service Rep. here in America & experience a pleasant delivery gentleman. What an improvement!
