I was excited to start a new service with them, expecting a positive relationship, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their part. While the customer service representative I spoke with tried her best to assist me, it was clear that the company does not empower its team to resolve customer issues effectively. Managed to escape AmeriGas Propane & purchase propane from Ferrell Gas. Ferrell gas is a much better company. Ferrell Gas is Honorable! As a customer you can actually speak with a service Rep. here in America & experience a pleasant delivery gentleman. What an improvement!
