Your service is always great definitely not like the other propane companies that we had .
Our recent service from Ferrell gas was excellent. Both our tanks were filled from the automated service. The technician who performed the service was exceptionally well qualified and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and answered all our questions while keeping focused on getting his job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Ferrell gas.
Worst time management, customer service, response processes I have dealt with in some time! If i had known this is how they operated I would not have utilized their "service" if you can even call it that. As an owner of multiple businesses myself and having over 25 years in the HR/Customer Service Industry this is despicable.
