I've been using Ferrell gas for years. I have been very satisfied with them. The workers who come to my house are very respectful and friendly. Everyone is very nice. They service my gas heaters each year and I'm very confident because they know what they're doing. Thanks a lot for the excellent service. Elizabeth
We had a new line and separate tank installed for our gas fireplace. The gentlemen that came to do the install were very professional, the job was done quickly. I highly recommend.
Do not use this company. They were unavailable and refused to refill my tank a week before the next hurricane. Months before trying to get them to fill was denied because the tank was not at 20% empty. Now I don’t have enough gas for the next hurricane.
Rude lady on the phone won't answer questions hangs up on you before even hearing what you have to say real weirdo
The driver we had was Randy M and he was SO great! Not only was he nice but he fixed all that we needed
