I have been using Ferrell gas for a couple of years. In July doing a fill delivery it was discovered that I had a leak at the regulator and the gage. They put a red tag on my tank and turned the gas off to the house. Since I was not at home at the time, I did not discover this had occurred until 3 days later when I went to cook dinner and the flame wouldn't stay on on the stove. I have been a customer since 2017 and now after this delivery I just got is going to be the last time I use them. Order 50 gallons of gas only got 34 , called multiple times to get this fixed and kept getting different excuses then they just hang up on you. Horrible service and horrible company.

I've been using Ferrell gas for years. I have been very satisfied with them. The workers who come to my house are very respectful and friendly. Everyone is very nice. They service my gas heaters each year and I'm very confident because they know what they're doing. Thanks a lot for the excellent service. Elizabeth
