Worst service Ever!! waited 6 weeks for delivery.Had to buy a generator and electric heaters through the coldest time this winter.They would text and say they were busy.Driver said they had no driver's.I was completely out for most of the winter. Finally came when it warmed up.
I just got a refill this week. Paid in advance,have a credit balance. Didbt even receive a ticket. They always leave one on my porch,but not this time. Now I have to make another call to see what's going on. Why?
Phone call went really well even though the account showed I should have propane the girl on the phone ordered urgent service and I received the service first thing the next day!
my first order was delivered within 3 days at a new customer rate of $2.50 now I've waited over 2 weeks for a delivery at $3.09 and I can't even reach anyone I've been on hold on the phone for over an hour, there is simply no way to even contact the company. I'll be finding another propane company. I'd suggest staying far away from this one. It was my mistake to use the company the previous owner had dealt with. 0/10 would not recommend.
Customer 35 years ( loyalty does not matter) ordered 1-22-26 I am told that very latest delivery 1-27-26. Small tank 120 gallons which they only fill to 96.5 gallons for expansion, main heat source for small less than 1000 foot home heated area, over 65 people. Still no propane on 1/29/26 pm, 60 minutes on hold every day, each person just makes up a new delivery excuse.
