I recently had a delivery in Balsam Grove, NC from Ferrell Gas and the gentleman was extremely pleasant, even though he was working in the pouring rain! The service was great and the experience a nice change from so much rude customer service out there. I wish I could remember his name so I could thank him again personally!!

Ferrellgas is excellent propane service. Last delivery was stealth never seen or heard them.

I had great service from this location until the hurricane. They lost the office personnel awhile back and service suffered.Then I called their Wilkes county regional office when we were down to 10% after hurricane, they delivered from their facility above Charlotte. Coming through South Carolina to get to me. The corporation is excellent.
