The one thing that is important to me as a customer, is being able to speak with a real-live person without pressing a bunch of numbers on the phone. It is always easy to speak with someone. Delivery folks are courteous and efficient.
We had a leak which no one could find until the Ferrell Gas repairman showed up. He spent nearly 2 hours and finally found the leak. He replaced an old coupling outside/underground which had cracked over time and was leaking. He was excellent and a pleasure to speak with. Their propane deliveries/drivers have also been excellent! Highly recommend Ferrell Gas.
I recently had a delivery in Balsam Grove, NC from Ferrell Gas and the gentleman was extremely pleasant, even though he was working in the pouring rain! The service was great and the experience a nice change from so much rude customer service out there. I wish I could remember his name so I could thank him again personally!!

Ferrellgas is excellent propane service. Last delivery was stealth never seen or heard them.
