I have been a customer for over 2 decades. I would rate Ferrellgas as a POOR company. Although I am supposedly on auto-refill, during the coldest weeks of this winter, they failed to fill my tank. I had to make multiple calls and since there is NO LOCAL representation, it is a real hassle. I wish I owned my own tank so I could secure a different LP Gas company. Also, Ferrell customers pay a premium - highest costs.
My 300 gallon tank leaked out about 50% of my fuel. When the leak was detected they sent a technician out and fixed the leak problem. This was the second time that this tank had a leakage problem so within a week they replaced the tank and credited my account with the cost of the lost propane. We had a tropical storm on the horizon and they dispatched a truck to insure my tank, which supplies our whole house generator, was full. I really appreciated the efficiency in which they resolved this problem.
I have been with Ferrellgas since 1989. I enjoyed the service received in a timely manner. We have a family with children and grandchildren in the home and whenever I need them, there are right there!
Always there to help. I was treated like family. They turned my gas on asap for me because I have little ones. I’m lucky to find a gas company
