They prices have gone sky high compared to others. We have not received an adequate billing statement and the statements only show what you paid previously and what you are paying. They need to show the percent of what it is on and what they are actually putting in. I feel like I am getting scammed. 1200 in 2 months for gas is absolutely absurd.
The last two times we have requested a fill up, we were given a delivery date and then that date was not honored and kept getting pushed further back. This most recent time our tank dropped to 0% due to the delays and we are currently on day three of not having heat due to the company pushing the delivery date further and further despite my many attempts to contact and come to a resolution. Had tank filled and service guy filled it, then red tagged it and disconnected. Says 'no one home.' Trying to get it hooked back up and nothing but AI which cannot find any service notes. Sent images to prove the red tag, lines unhooked and capped, regulator removed and capped. Thought this was a local company. Looking like I have to drive into Elizabeth City to find a human.
Staff is always courteous, professional and wonderful to work with. Ordering and paying on line is Great! Also being able to check our tank online is so convenient. I highly recommend Ferrellgas.
I really like the estimator on the website, as it definitely predicted my dwindling propane reserves. It took a few days after the request to come fill up, but the delivery truck was stealthy and quick. No complaints here, and I would recommend them! Pay attention to your levels and fill BEFORE it's an emergency!
