I order a tank refill on 12/17 when my tank reached 20%. The original order was to be completed by January 1st and wasn't completed until 1/5 and of course the tank ran dry. Could not reach a human to express my concerns.
Bought a house on the 12th, the former owner waived off a delivery on the 9th since he was leaving. On the 12th we has 3% fill, offered to pay double to get a 500 gallon fill. 3 times I called best they would do is offer delivery on or before the 24th. Afternoon of the 23rd it arrived if we had not drained all the pipes it would have been a mess. They really need a way for emergency fills. It takes to long when ordering propane to get a fill up. I order ahead when I know when it's going to snow because it's hard to get up my driveway when it snows.
Been with You guys for over 25 yrs. Been good when I ask about better pricing as we only buy one tankful a yr. Did notice tank rental is up. Hopefully we will still get fair prices.
I love Ferrellgas. The customer service people are wonderful! The delivery is very fast and efficient
