We are senior citizens and try to watch our budget. That said, Ferrell Gas charges us a fee for the rental of the tank. It started out $12. This last year was $127. We called and was told that because we didn't have it filled more times, we would be charged. WTHeck! We're trying to budget our money and try to keep the heat down. The furnace is the only thing that uses the gas. Everything else is electric, and that's outrageously expensive. We should get some kind of break on a Senior Discount. Great service.
I am shocked with all of the bad reviews, Ferrell Gas offered us much better prices than competitors and was much kinder. The delivery came two days earlier than scheduled, and they addressed a leak that our previous provider refused to acknowledge. I would highly recommend them
This place use to be really good and reliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Knowing what I know now I would’ve never used this company. I bought a home two years ago with an existing propane tank belonging to Ferrell gas. It was gigantic and very very old. Ferrellgas said it was fine with no leaks, but that was not true. It leaked and I only understood this by how fast the gas was being used. They blamed it on my home, which was not true.
