Pros: the gentleman that delivers the gas and the representatives on the phone are helpful and friendly. Cons: Having to talk to someone in Missouri. The tank is never filled to 80% - usually 70%. My tank is constantly being topped off at random times and percentages. Because Missouri has a hazmat fee + the fuel surcharge, I am charged $25 every time the tank is topped off. I finally had to change from the monitor to will call. Michigan based companies do not charge the $15 hazmat fee.
