When I began my service 1 year ago, my service was amazing! I was signed up, put on a monthly plan and was ready to. This year, i have been calling for almost 2 months to get a fill and make sure we are all set before winter and I hear nothing! I’m promised a call back and never receive it! Couldn’t be anymore disappointed!
“Don’t use hot water to shower, turn your heat down, don’t cook, don’t do your laundry” is just a few of the things we were told when our propane was running low and they couldnt get to our area (Imlay City) for a fill in February after calling for weeks (also due to a service change on our account that shouldn’t have been there). We paid $850 for a fill and the service men came and filled it from 15% to 50% and then used the money we had left over to pay for service on the leaking tank AFTER it was filled. Terrible customer service. Offered no help. We had to switch companies because we had so many leaks we used 1k worth of propane over the winter because our tank kept leaking and now they will not come pick the tank up and will not credit us for what we are owed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
5 stars isn’t enough! I spoke with them (Stacie) on Monday and was quoted a fair price and an estimated delivery time of 7. Days. Stacie was delightful and the delivery driver, Dean was very polite and patient with my dogs who ran out to greet him. Also, they arrived in 2 days!!!!!! From initial call to delivery, this company is customer focused! So rare these days. My experience with them over the years has been wonderful! I highly recommend.
