Ferrell Gas is a wonderful company to it's clients. They still use the old adage that the customer is always right. We have used them since 2015 and they have always been kind, helpful, honest and caring. We have had no problems and no complaints. They are so good and easy to work with...from customer service to delivery. We highly recommend this exceptional company.

I have only had trouble with a mix up on delivery dates once when I moved. I love our local lady that answers the phone, she's alway very kind and caring, and also love the delivery man, same one for me everytime. Apologies, im terrible about names or I would name them personally and give them a shout out.
I understand delays due to weather but this last delivery shut down my office for almost a month. To say this was an inconvenience is putting it mildly. Hoping for a better result in the future.
