Delivery is Always with outstanding driver, but a bright red light and loud truck outside my bedroom window woke me and scared me to death. Never had one at 4 a.m. before.
If I could leave a -5 star I would .. this the very worst company I have ever seen!!!! I waited almost 2 months on my initial setup, with lie upon lie and probably a total of15 to 20 hrs spent on the phone being hung up on. And never, not even 1 time was I called back. Now it’s time for a fill up and here we go again.. same story all over again!!! I would highly recommend doing anything in the world for propane just to NOT use ferrel gas !!
Worst experience I could have imagined. Over 3 weeks since ordering and finally tired of getting the run around with awful customer service who seem completely clueless as to what they have going on. Amerigas will be here Monday to change out my tank and fill it up. They were knowledgeable and courteous unlike Ferrell has been with all the lies.
We called the company for the first time almost a month ago and after that 9 more times, and in all of them, we don’t have a specific date for the service and/or they don’t know what’s wrong with the system/scheduling. Shame! We just called again, because supposedly they should have come on 12/31 or 01/01 and nothing happened, as I expected. Do better, please.
My last order took almost a month to get delivered, and I ran out of gas. I was told too many orders. Hope you do better next time. This is the first time you have let me run out.
