Love Ferrell Gas. Always delivers when I need it. Generally, the next day. In 20 years they have never let me run out of propane. They are prompt and polite.
Ferrell Gas has been pretty good in the past. Most recently - the delivery driver failed to follow delivery instructions. The delivery instructions have been on my account for a last few years, pretty simple. Not too impressed from my latest delivery.

As a nurse I was in isolation for exposure in my RV. It was winter and I used the furnace. I ran out of propane and called. They came out and inspected my set up. They said it was fine. I set up an account with them. They filled it without difficulty. I was good and it became spring. The next fall I called to be refilled. They came out and told me “ oh we can’t fill this because your tank isn’t big enough” but we can rent you a tank and we can then” I called the office and told then I’d pay whatever surcharge was necessary. ... read more
