Love Ferrell Gas. Always delivers when I need it. Generally, the next day. In 20 years they have never let me run out of propane. They arenprompt and polite.
As a nurse I was in isolation for exposure in my RV. It was winter and I used the furnace. I ran out of propane and called. They came out and inspected my set up. They said it was fine. I set up an account with them. They filled it without difficulty. I was good and it became spring. The next fall I called to be refilled. They came out and told me “ oh we can’t fill this because your tank isn’t big enough” but we can rent you a tank and we can then” I called the office and told then I’d pay whatever surcharge was necessary. ... read more
They always deliver as needed, I seem to run out, every winter, call and request a fill up, always b4 their set time they show up, thank you
Timely refills
Came did not fill and left found out had to call to find out the driver had to get a part they did not have with them which is fine could have let me know I was home did not knock on door to check and also stated that I was not home when I was outside did not speak Or even acknowledged as if I wasn’t there then came and put Paperwork inside the door handle and it said I was not home which wasn’t true.
