The driver did fine delivering the propane. No complaints there. When the call was put in for a fill up we were charged that day and it was over two weeks before delivery. Some family members ordered in the same time frame from a different company. Their propane was delivered within a couple of days of their call and were not charged until it was delivered. Time for a change for us.
Jeff put our tank in back in March. We are just now getting our fireplace connected in the house. The gas plumber was had some questions and I called Jeff. He was very responsive to his questions. Jeff volunteered to come by the house to make sure all was running correctly and speak with the man. It ended up being a bad burner for the fireplace. We have it replaced and all is good. Jeff from Ferrell Gas is great!
