Every month I get robo calls to call my Propane supplier but there is no one to talk to. I'm done.
Good service in past but raising the price on a 125-gallon LP tank from $7 to $128 for the current year is outrageous.
We usually only fill the propane tank to 40%. We call for more when it is between 10 and 15%. So last week, 12/15/22 my husband called, paid for another 40% over the phone (so the propane is paid.) It is now 12/23/22, The "snowstorm" has hit and we are out of propane. My husband called 3 other times, nobody has helped us. One girl reprimanded my husband, I heard her, as the phone was on speaker, and she kept saying "you should call when it's at 40%."
