They delivered the gas (a day late) and accepted the check left at the tank, then closed the valve and left a note on the door stating they couldn't relight the pilot light because I was not home at the time. I was home at the time, there were two cars in the driveway giving every indication that someone might be inside, but the driver didn't even knock.
