I would give a zero if I could. Been on automatic refill for yrs. I was supposed to get a fill on Tuesday and nobody showed up. Ran out of propane Tuesday night. I called Wednesday they said someone will be out today of course nobody showed up. Called 2 times on Thursday and once again nobody showed up. I call them on Friday asking to speak to a manager and they said they do not know how I could do that all they can do is put a message in and someone will call me back. We'll no call. I am done with them.
Was on an online chat with customer support about an order being cancelled, that is fine. What is not okay is ending the chat when I start asking questions as to why it was cancelled. Come on do better, I am not trying to be a problem customer, I have ordered from you all for years.
First off I will take responsibility for not checking my tank I've always checked it in February was incredibly cold. That being said we were with Ferrellgas for 25-30 years. When I called I knew it wouldn't be right away but they did not show up for eight days. I have a child and pets. We have a very small fireplace the house is 2500 ft. I had to keep it lit constantly because it would drop down to 40°. I did not want my water pipes to burst. During this time I burnt over a cord of wood.
