Great experience! First time here. Just brought my gas tank up the metal stairs and the nice man gave me a tag to go to the office to pay. Lady was very kind and even told me they have a buy 4 refills and get a 5th free card! Definitely recommend!

Every time I’ve had a delivery delivery driver has ruined something in my driveway or my yard with the hose or truck. The truck snatched light they had hanging over my driveway. One time the hose was drugged through my flowers and tall grass when there was other way to get to the tank, and when confronted about the hose being drug across my flowers, the driver said that he was being careful even though clear that he did not care. Our propane tank has paint flaking off all over the tank. I have requested that it be repainted for several years now. I don’t know what it takes to get this done but the tank looks awful. The refill service is very good otherwise.
Could not call in and use an automated system to get a fill for several days . They claim the phone number is not updated from 20 years ago ??? Funny they call the number just fine if I'm slow on paying. On going Stuck meter issues reads 45% on day 15% and about empty the next after beating on the side of the tank. Want a emergency fill fee now. NO
