Ferrell Gas of Wausau is the WORST gas company I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They told me for a week they would service my tanks. Lied to me numerous times. Told me on three occasions they would be here. Never showed up. Then finally after a week of back and forth they told me they couldn’t help me. My advise is. DO NOT do business with Ferrell Gas of Wausau

We are switching over to propane due to the high price of fuel oil. We were looking for a company to work with and to deliver propane to our house. We were fortunate enough to find Ferrellgas Co. This company and the people that work for them are amazing! They give 110% and then some! We had our propane tank delivered and were not aware that we had to shovel the area out first.
