We were down to 10% on gas called for 1/2 fill was told my account was behind had energy assistance credit (got letter in mail) told them so my account would be current with credit lady said ok emails so she could send me details when they found credit so I could get gas no contact from anyone after that point no gas either had to call different company to get gas not impressed at all no communication and no gas in February in my opinion if you want to keep customers u need to do alot better

Ordered fill near the end of September (I said I wasn't in a hurry I had a little over 40% in tank yet) at $1.519 per gallon, received email yesterday that the fill price now is $1.25 or $1.29 per gallon (tank was filled on 10/2). I think the phone contact person should've known the price drop was coming and told me delivery would be after the price drop. Just saying.
