Update: The company replied to my review and told me to email them to make it right. I emailed them ALL WEEKEND, and they still left my brother with NO HEAT, and it was -15 all weekend! His pipes froze! I will be reporting them to DATCP tomorrow, and I'm going to have my brother switch to FS Propane and finally get to experience a good company when it comes to heating his house. Worst service i have ever seen. First do not call them for any minor propane leaks, they will not identify the problem and shut your gas leaving you in the cold to figure it out on your own. I was told by the guy that showed up, "you should of called a professional," unreal. If you deal with this company make sure you contact them a month in advance. Didnt realize this tank was at 15% already after the leak was fixed. Told them i needed gas as soon as possible. Took 2 weeks for them to get the account in my name somehow, aft... read more
