Very unwilling to work with people who are struggling. You have to be a certain type of person to get a payment plan. They won't let you do payments. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unless you are rich they don't want you as a customer.
I have had the worst experience I could with Ferrell Gas. They have simply ignored repeated requests to refund our $$ for a cancelled order, which was in February. They also do not offer emergency service, saying it can take a week or so to get to us - in NEGATIVE temps. This is unacceptable.
Absolutely the worst company I've ever delt with.
I switched gas supplier and no have a 1000 gallon Ferrellgas tank sitting on my lawn. I call every week to have the tank picked up. So far no one calls me back with an explanation ! I switched because it took 2-3 weeks to have gas delivered in the winter here in Minnesota. Not good!!
Ferrellgas is the WORST company I have ever seen for home/residential propane in my entire life. Just about everything that they claim on their websites and advertisements are 100% FALSE. They claim to have 24hr customer service phone line. FALSE! They claim they have an emergency fill number. FALSE! All numbers call the exact same automated service line that only has people to take your calls M-F 8am-5pm.
