I'm on a keep full status but when we had very cold temps in February I decided to check my tank and found I was at 5 percent. Not good. I called in and first customer service person I would rank a 5. I called back later for an update and spoke with Eileen and WOW she was all over it. The next day I spoke to two others for updates. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a bit... Right before Christmas in 2021, a driver canceled my order with less than 4 days of gas left in my tank. It took me 5 phone calls over the course of those 4 days to get someone to overlook the reset 10-day minimum delivery time on orders....for an order THEY canceled. I had placed my order 15 days earlier to make sure that it was filled within time, and they seemed fine with letting me run out and waiting for them to get there. Was told several times that a "manager" would call.... read more
