I have run out of LP twice the season alone! Once after they put on ghe auto read device that I told that was not thereand yes I have the auto fill agreement in place. The driver does a good job but he has to be sent out to fill
I have auto fill, but for some reason they didn't fill my tank on Dec. 2. It was Dec. 13th when I realized it was at 17%. I called and they said no reason given for not filling tank. They then filled on 15th. Called thdn back to check for leak. They came, charged $325 shut off gas and didn't fix. Several calls for 3 days asking when they would fix it. No urgency, no customer service, no apology. My house was without heat in MN for 3 days. I have hot water heate, so pipes would burst with no heat. Not to mention the dead of w... read more
I'm on a keep full status but when we had very cold temps in February I decided to check my tank and found I was at 5 percent. Not good. I called in and first customer service person I would rank a 5. I called back later for an update and spoke with Eileen and WOW she was all over it. The next day I spoke to two others for updates. Not impressed. Driver Ron shows up. WOW a 10 makes sure all good. Then Eileen calls back to check in as she sees delivery made and wants to be sure all good. WOW Eileen is a 10.
