I have auto fill, but for some reason they didn't fill my tank on Dec. 2. It was Dec. 13th when I realized it was at 17%. I called and they said no reason given for not filling tank. They then filled on 15th. Called thdn back to check for leak. They came, charged $325 shut off gas and didn't fix. Several calls for 3 days asking when they would fix it. I'm on a keep full status but when we had very cold temps in February I decided to check my tank and found I was at 5 percent. Not good. I called in and first customer service person I would rank a 5. I called back later for an update and spoke with Eileen and WOW she was all over it. The next day I spoke to two others for updates. Not impressed. Driver Ron shows up. WOW a 10 makes sure all good. Then Eileen calls back to check in as she sees delivery made and wants to be sure all good. WOW Eileen is a 10. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a bit... Right before Christmas in 2021, a driver canceled my order with less than 4 days of gas left in my tank. It took me 5 phone calls over the course of those 4 days to get someone to overlook the reset 10-day minimum delivery time on orders....for an order THEY canceled. I had placed my order 15 days earlier to make sure that it was filled within time, and they seemed fine with letting me run out and waiting for them to get there.
