We have been with them for about 5+years now and most of those years have not been good. I’m charged $90 a year just to have their tank and when I order fuel they set the max delivery day out about 8 days and always come on last date never earlier. Do not ever order through the automated chat bot because it took a phone call to a real person and 3 weeks overall to get our propane. Call them 50% in the winter because it might be at 20% when they get there.
Bad customer service. After three years being on auto fill they finally told me not to call until the gauge is below 20% or it screws up the auto fill process. I always have to talk to a different person and it's very clear they aren't in Minnesota, so they have no understanding of the winters here. I'm looking for a new propane company.

Ferrell Gas is so easy to work with. From ordering the gas to delivery, to paying the bill. Very respectful and polite. Thanks for the great service.
They came out in a few days to fill our tank at our cabin in January in Minnesota. They were very responsive and nice on the phone. One wish would be to get the local service phone number and an email on date coming out.
