Ferrell Gas is so easy to work with. From ordering the gas to delivery, to paying the bill. Very respectful and polite. Thanks for the great service.
They came out in a few days to fill our tank at our cabin in January in Minnesota. They were very responsive and nice on the phone. One wish would be to get the local service phone number and an email on date coming out.
Always prompt and courteous.
Ferrellgas let my propane tank run dry without notice. Lost heat mid-winter. Cost me to have a furnace tech out to learn the problem. Farrellgas did come out and filled tank when I called but otherwise has been totally unresponsive to the issue.
