It was great.
I was actively searching to replace Ferrell Gas at the beginning of 2025. Lax service, billing all over the place, little communication, no one to help. Then I was connected with a local (Grand Rapids, MN) representative - Jodi Janecke. She listened, diagnosed issues, and gave me options to solve them. I wouldn't trust him any more than I can throw them I've had nothing but lies and empty promises from them and they've told me that they would work with me and do not I would suggest never to use them I have been out of propane four different times because of these guys saying that they will do something and do not they have told me that I was put back on a keep fill program and that was a lie and we have ran out of propane this place is not a good place to getting propane from I would never do it again

Been customer for decades. Unfortunately it seems the price per gallon is not competitive in my area. When I called around for quotes Ferrellgas was way higher. I called customer service and they said the price I was receiving was competitive but it clearly isn't after calling around. Ugh, now I will likely have to change out tanks and go through that whole process. Why not just offer competitive rate?
