We were so pleased to see the Ferrell gas truck pull into our yard to fill our tank. We didn't have to call he just showed up. The reason he stopped was because he had a little bit left and in his truck tank and rather than go back to the business thought he'd stop and put it in our tank. That was wonderful because we had know idea the percentage in our tank. It in no way filled our tank but the addition would keep us from running out - maybe. Ordered propane and called because level was at 10%. Asked to expedite and was told they would get to me by 12/19. Today was the 14th, it's -20 and I am now out of propane. Asked to speak with scheduler and was told they do not have a way to contact that department.
It was great.
I was actively searching to replace Ferrell Gas at the beginning of 2025. Lax service, billing all over the place, little communication, no one to help. Then I was connected with a local (Grand Rapids, MN) representative - Jodi Janecke. She listened, diagnosed issues, and gave me options to solve them. I know have consistent service, billing, and no worries. The moral to the story is the local representatives care and can help. I wouldn't trust him any more than I can throw them I've had nothing but lies and empty promises from them and they've told me that they would work with me and do not I would suggest never to use them I have been out of propane four different times because of these guys saying that they will do something and do not they have told me that I was put back on a keep fill program and that was a lie and we have ran out of propane this place is not a good place to getting propane from I would never do it again
