I wouldn't trust him any more than I can throw them I've had nothing but lies and empty promises from them and they've told me that they would work with me and do not I would suggest never to use them I have been out of propane four different times because of these guys saying that they will do something and do not they have told me that I was put back on a keep fill program and that was a lie and we have ran out of propane this place is not a good place to getting propane from I would never do it again

Been customer for decades. Unfortunately it seems the price per gallon is not competitive in my area. When I called around for quotes Ferrellgas was way higher. I called customer service and they said the price I was receiving was competitive but it clearly isn't after calling around. Ugh, now I will likely have to change out tanks and go through that whole process. Why not just offer competitive rate?

The people in the office were terrific. They contacted us and kept us in the loop as to when the work could be completed. The people that came to move the tank were very social and yet very on task for the job.
