Ferrell gas has the best customer service - thank you!
Today I have a gas delivery. And I have 30% in my tank, but when I check the bill they charge me for the leak test( $75),so I called the ferrelgas and told them about that, so they told me they call driver and the driver told that was empty, so my 100 gallons disappear during the night( I have 500 gall), there is only two things company or the driver not honest. And its easy to prove fill tank to 80% makes 400 gallons but they charge me for only 306 gallons (what? here is my 94 gallons). so the company or the driver never th... read more
