Wow. Came to my cabin on the 13th for the week. Propane tank said 10%. Call Ferrellgas to fill it. Recording says, "We will have it filled by the 22nd." Propane now is at 5%. Spoke to a representative who said, "Emergency fill is $100 extra and you won't get it filled until the 19th, due to the weekend." The representative asked me if I heat my cabin year round. Not knowing this meant she didn't even look at my account. If she had, she would have recognized the tank being filled in the winter. Do better Ferrellgas!
