made contact in November. was told no problem, got approved and told that someone would be by for a site survey. explained what we wanted and why. no one ever showed up. A month later, we called back and were told that they do not set tanks until April. Called back again in April, were told that we would receive a call back soon. outrageous prices, almost twice what the competitors charge. The representative told us that they would be able to do a site survey without us there, as long as the propane location was marked. We had a bright orange sign, with 4 inch letters saying "PROPANE", but when the guy showed up, he didn't even look up. He walked to my door, knocked once, and left within 10 seconds. Great customer service with dispatch, delivery is exceptional, and love the email notifications and online account access. Very happy with Ferrell Gas and would highly recommend them.
