The delivery driver Zach responded to a leak that I called in. He got to my house quickly and was able to find the leak and fix the problem. He answered a lot of my questions and based on my situation, he and his boss was willing to drop the emergency rate and just charge me for a normal rate. I am really grateful,and I really appreciate that he cared. So big thanks to Zach and his boss. Because of his action, now I will become a regular customer.
I took two almost full 20 gallon tanks I thought I was having problem (I thought) all I got credit was $6 00 and I guy did not even weigh the second tank. I felt I should have got a better credit.
Ferrellgas employees always ready to answer questions and help when needed.
Even calling this business is problematic and frustrating. Oh not a customer, enjoy a hold time, you can't even leave a message. They have a national varied price scheme and just getting the recertification price for a tank is hard. Spare yourself, I wish I did.
