Absolutely the worst customer service. You will lose hours of your life on hold and still not have your problem resolved.
Only place in town to get a tank recertification always friendly and reasonable prices.
As a brand new customer I ordered 500 gallons to be delivered to my county address. Gave EXTREMELY detailed instructions to the residence. The driver calls at 630pm with an attitude about not being able to find the address. I begin explaining the directions and was constantly cut off with her telling me house address and not descriptions..when I asked for descriptions she kept telling me she was at a 3 way intersection. Jennifer is great in the Grand Junction office. Last May, I ordered propane and they had 3 different excuses as to why they couldn't deliver it (including "ran out of time", "dog" who weighs 5 pounds). Everytime I called, it put another 3 day plus delay on the order. I finally went to the local office because I kept getting hung up on from the main branch. Jennifer had my propane delivered pronto!
