Even calling this business is problematic and frustrating. Oh not a customer, enjoy a hold time, you can't even leave a message. They have a national varied price scheme and just getting the recertification price for a tank is hard. Spare yourself, I wish I did.
Absolutely the worst customer service. You will lose hours of your life on hold and still not have your problem resolved.
Only place in town to get a tank recertification always friendly and reasonable prices.
As a brand new customer I ordered 500 gallons to be delivered to my county address. Gave EXTREMELY detailed instructions to the residence. The driver calls at 630pm with an attitude about not being able to find the address. I begin explaining the directions and was constantly cut off with her telling me house address and not descriptions..when I asked for descriptions she kept telling me she was at a 3 way intersection.
