scheduling is my biggest issue. We get a delivery date then it get cancelled. My last three gas delivery was scheduled then rescheduled. You can never get a live body in the office to voice concerns.. I am always afraid we will not get our gas in time. sometimes the schedule changes up to two to three weeks difference..
The drivers are very friendly and helpful. However, I think exceeding 10 days for a delivery is very slow.
Called Ferrell (after discovering we were out of gas)husband told them he was having a heart procedure and it was vital we have gas to cook/heat. We were told it would be feb 3 b4 they could deliver. We enrolled in budget billing/auto fill but were told we did not enroll in autofill. I was told by 2 other propane co, I called today that budget billing automatically enrolls you in autofill. Unorganized company had a delivery set for yesterday now their saying the payment didn’t process properly now I pay today over the phone and their telling me it can be another 10 days after waiting a week for the first delivery also the delivery guy did a leak test on my tank on 11/29/24 and it passed but I have used 80 gallons in less than a month only appliance that I’m using is a fireplace
They have the poorest quality of customer service! They are terrible at scheduling.
