Fast and easy !
Slow service and horrible pricing.
The up front paying is not professional. We don't like it. Ferrellgas always owes us money which we can never figure out from their billing how we are reimbursed.
When I moved into our new house we agreed to an other gas company and after a few fill ups we couldn't get another delivery. So I checked around and I called Ferrellgas. After the new contract I had a delivery that week and service has been great since.
I have rented a Propane tank for several years. I canceled my account and they charged me over $$160 to come pickup their tank!!!! Ridiculous!!
