I called them back in Oct 2024 to start new service. It took 2 weeks to get delivery but things happen. They only delivered 75 of my 175 gallon order but I figured they were short on the truck and didn’t worry about it since they credited my account for $230. After a really cold spell in Jan 2025, we noticed there was a very slow gas leak. Very nice and prompt
Best delivery time!!
It took several calls getting different folks in different states each time I called to ever get my service started. Since then I’ve called multiple times trying to get a tank for my shop and after being assured I’d get a call back no one has ever called to get me the tank. As of this date I have still not received any call about the tank I desperately need. If this doesn’t get corrected by winter I will definitely be changing my provider.
They have always been very responsive and friendly. Cost is competitive with our area.
