Our family has been a Ferrellgas customer for well over 25 (probably 30) years. We have been very pleased with the service we have received over the years. After placing an order, most times the delivery of gas is timely...we have learned to call in a timely manner in order to give the company a fair opportunity to make the delivery before there is an urgent need. Over the years, our gas is usually delivered prior to the projected delivery date. Keep up the Excellent Work, Ferrellgas!
I called them back in Oct 2024 to start new service. It took 2 weeks to get delivery but things happen. They only delivered 75 of my 175 gallon order but I figured they were short on the truck and didn’t worry about it since they credited my account for $230. After a really cold spell in Jan 2025, we noticed there was a very slow gas leak. I called on a Monday morning about the leak and while we were waiting to hear back, a tech showed up at the house as he said he was “in the area”. Very nice and prompt
Best delivery time!!
It took several calls getting different folks in different states each time I called to ever get my service started. Since then I’ve called multiple times trying to get a tank for my shop and after being assured I’d get a call back no one has ever called to get me the tank. As of this date I have still not received any call about the tank I desperately need. If this doesn’t get corrected by winter I will definitely be changing my provider.
