Per gallon price last week was 80% higher than my delivery in September. Time to shop for an alternative supplier. Sad after nine years.
Rarely do leave a one star review, but FG deserves zero; and so one has to wonder why you have an average rating of 1.8 which is just terrible? It’s just awful so here’s my awful experience with FG. A terribly managed company with absolutely no concept of customer service. It has been two years since I first contacted them about dangerous disintegration of the cap over the tank. Also, the meter is not readable so their last delivery which was pre-billed left me with a several hundred dollar overpayment. More snail mail, voicemails, and emails ensued because I assumed they had just canceled my account because nothing was happening. And lo and behold last week I was billed $70 for a maintenance fee.
