Employees are absolutely unhinged. Very volatile acting. Belligerent to me and security guards. I would not feel safe using them.
Not great to deal with. Delivered a tank with a broken gauge on it and then charged me a bunch of money to come fix it. Then I realized they never actually fixed it. They take forever when you need a refill, so schedule early. If you go with Ferrellgas, I wish you the best of luck. I wasn't going to review them because I had nothing nice to say, but they keep sending me emails to review them.
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I have been waiting for a tank pick up for over 4 months. There driver filled the thank after it was disconnected and removed from service. I have called their customer service line over and over again with no action taken by their company. I would never ever suggest this company I would prefer to go without.
Per gallon price last week was 80% higher than my delivery in September. Time to shop for an alternative supplier. Sad after nine years.
Rarely do leave a one star review, but FG deserves zero; and so one has to wonder why you have an average rating of 1.8 which is just terrible? It’s just awful so here’s my awful experience with FG. I suspected a leak because FG filled the tank About 60 days ago And then about 40 days later, it was only showing 50 percent.
