We have never lived in a home that uses propane for anything, let alone for whole-home heating. On Tuesday night our tank apparently ran to 0% so we called the after-hours number, and paid SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a half-tank emergency fill... which ended up happening at 5pm the next day. Meanwhile, temperatures got down to below 20 degrees that night. So the delivery guy shows up, half-fills the tank, then red-tags it claiming a slow leak. Don't buy gas here; horrible customer service; charged me for services I did not get; Mark has horrible customer service, would not listen, talked over me, would not pass me to a manager to speak with. I would never recommend this company or do business with them ever again. Mark needs to find another line of business, for customer service is not it. I do not suggest this company when looking for propane service in the Savannah, MO area. They have charged my account for 2 fills, when I have only received one full fill. After many calls to the customer service line in the last 6 months, I have only ever received 1 phone call back. This phone call did not result in a solution to the problem, just left open ended. Moral of the story, make sure you are home to witness the fill added to your tank and receive something showing how much was filled. I do not recommend prepaying ... read more

just received new tanks as a new customer very friendly guys. switched from suburban they are a nightmare. Ferrellgas seems a lot more professional and courteous.

I had a different propane company who did not service me when I needed them most. I called Ferrellgas and they had great customer service and they came through, even when the weather was awful. I would definitely recommend Ferrellgas to others. Brenda C.

Absolutely company ever !!! My brother was scheduled on a contract for fill up on Friday 12/16/2022 . Here it is 12/22/2022 and still not filled up . He is disabled and had surgery this pass Friday and has been staying with me . We went out there last night to check on things and neither of his furnaces where working . Now all of this weather is coming in and that is the only heat he has .His gauge is below 30% and they don't work when they get that low . Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday that I scheduled a week ago.. they didn't show up and I was told I would be first on the list this morning so I wouldn't have to take another day off work.. now I'm told he'll get there when he gets there.. I'll be looking for another place to get my gas

Starting to think we need to start looking for a different company to fill our tank. We always prepay for our fuel on a social security budget ,for the 4th time they have come and put in more than what I paid for.The first time it was well over the amount that I wanted put in by $150,told them I wasn’t going to pay that and they negotiated the price with me.The second time it was only about $20, the 3 rd time I told the person that I ordered it from that I was having a problem with them putting more in then what I pay for.So... read more
